WITH EARTH TECH.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the amendment to the agreement dated February 14, 2005, for
s :the design bidding and construction phase of installation of a
idildlife perimeter fence at the Waterloo Airport, at a cost of
0 `$103, 800 . 00, with city' s cost of $5, 190 . 00, by and between Earth
-Tech of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved.
