s WHEREAS, on this 14th day of February, 2005, at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
Pre tninary Plat of Hall Minor Plat, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,

t. WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted
to and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,
Programming and Zoning Commission, and
. ( WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and
sld receive approval of this Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of Hall Minor
Plate r: Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is hereby
approT_red and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa; are hereby authorized and directed to certify and affix
their signatures to said resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of February, 2005 .
