COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID

that the agreement dated February 14, 2005, to perform Phase II
s `Limited Site Investigation of the Cedar Valley Plaza and Sports
c Recreation Zone, at a cost of $18, 420 . 00, by and between Terracon
• company of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
c execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
