RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
x SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , FOR THE F.Y. 2005 RIVERFRONT
STADIUM RENOVATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
Sr-vices Director, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form
of _=contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the F. Y.
20;5 Riverfront Stadium Renovations and Improvements, in the City
of 'Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and

, . `WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said plans,
L. specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
�: etc: , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of February, 2005 .
