Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shah;. meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Water) a, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 7th day of March, 2005, for
the -purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
speeif-ications, form of contract and estimate of cost for F.Y.
Riverfront Stadium Renovations and Improvements, in the City
of- Waterloo and the taking of bids therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
.-publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
W t-erloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of February, 2005 .
