WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
7En4ineer, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
c0r`rtract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the F.Y. 2005
�';S teet Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 687, in the City of
'"`Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and

"' WHEREAS, the City Engineer has filed said plans,
; specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,

.etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
.WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
