RESOLUTION NO. 2021-251
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PARK AVENUE BICYCLE
SIGNAL PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Traffic Engineer of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the Park Avenue Bicycle Signal Project, and
WHEREAS, said City Traffic Engineer did file said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the Park Avenue Bicycle Signal Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 19, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Park
Avenue Bicycle Signal Project, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April 2021.
