RESOLUTION NO. 2021-258
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.,
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$225,000, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2021 BIENNIAL
BRIDGE REVIEW PROGRAM, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated April 19, 2021, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, in an amount not to exceed $225,000
in conjunction with the FY 2021 Biennial Bridge Review Program, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
