RESOLUTION TEMPORARILY CHANGING RANDOLPH
STREET FROM WEST 4TH STREET TO WEST 5TH STREET
FROM ONE-WAY TRAFFIC TO TWO-WAY TRAFFIC,
DURING THE WEST 4TH STREET CONSTRUCTION
PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Randolph Street from West 4th Street to West 5th Street be temporarily changed from one-
way traffic to two-way traffic, during the West 4th Street Construction Project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April 2021.
