RESOLUTION NO. 2021-247
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2022 MID -SIZED MULTI -
PASSENGER VEHICLE FOR THE CITY MOTOR POOL.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Manager of said City to prepare and file specifications, bid documents, etc., in
conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2022 mid -sized multi -passenger vehicle for the City
Motor Pool, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Manager did file said specifications, bid documents, etc.,
in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2022 mid -sized multi -passenger vehicle for the City
Motor Pool, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 19, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the purchase of one (1) 2022 mid -sized multi -passenger vehicle for the City Motor Pool, are
hereby approved, and said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April 2021.
