Members present: Boesen, Amos, Morrissey, Klein, Feuss, Grieder, and Juon.

that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Voice-vote Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
Objective: Discussion of an amendment to the 657A Nuisance Ordinance.
Martin Petersen, City Attorney, provided an overview of the ordinance change.
Mr. Petersen discussed the ordinance with city council members.
Objective: Discussion of changes to the Electrical Code.
Tim Moyer, Chief Electrical Inspector,provided an overview of the ordinance change.
Mr. Moyer discussed the proposed ordinance with city council members.
