The Owner and Architect amend the Agreement as follows:
Construction Cost Estimate=$560,000
To add an Alternate for additional HVAC work including an additional Chilter.
The Architect's compensation and schedule shall be adjusted as follows:
Compensation Adjustment:
Proposed Professional Design Tee to add Alternate for HVAC and Chiller work is: $46,000
Schedule Adjustment:
Work to coincide with the Phase 3 Improvements:Addition and Lobby Renovation of the Second Floor Meeting Rooms
&Adjacent Lobby Space.
