RESOLUTION NO. 2021-164 RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AND MINIMUM ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT WITH CAMENZIND MASONRY, LLC, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW INDUSTRIAL BUILDING WITH OUTDOOR STORAGE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement dated March 15,2021,between Camenzind Masonry, LLC and the City of Waterloo,Iowa, for the construction of a new industrial building,with outdoor storage,north of 3620 Wagner Road, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
