AND NOTICE TO BIDDERS
for the taking of bids for the
PURCHASE OF THREE (3) MOTOR
GRADERS FOR SNOW OPERATION
SUPPORT
Sealed proposals will be received by the
City Clork of the City of Waterloo, Iowa at
her office: in the City Nall of said City on
the 22nd day of October, 2012, until
12:00 noon, for the Purchase of Three
(3) Motor Graders for Snow Operation
Support.
All proposals received will be opened in
j the Council Chambers in the City Hall in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa on the 22nd
day of October, 2012, at 5.30 p.m. Bid'
Proposals will be acted;uponatthat time
or at such time as may then be fixed.
Notice is hereby given that the Council of
the City of Waterloo will condueta rumlin.

Courier, a daily newspaper printed in Waterloo, Black

day of October, 2012 in the name of said newspaper,
and that the annexed rate of advertised is the regular
legal rate of said newspaper, and that the following is
a correct bill for publishing said notice.
