Notice is hereby given that the Council of
Waterloo, City of- Legals said City will conduct a public hearing on
the proposed plans, specifications, form
of contract,and estimate of cost for the
construction of the above-described im-
provement protect at 5:30 p.m.on the 3rd
715 MULBERRY ST. day of May.2021,said hearing to be held
in the Harold E.Getty Council Chambers
in City Hall in said City. The proposed
WATERLOO IA 50703 plans, specifications, form of contract,
and estimate of cost for said improve-
ments heretofore prepared by the City
Engineering Department are now on file
in the office of the City Clerk for public
examination, and any person interested
