3,R-P" PLANNED MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO
ALLOW FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SIX (6)
RESIDENTIAL LOTS FOR SINGLE FAMILY HOMES, ON A
SITE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED FOR TWO (2) DUPLEXES,
AN INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF APPROVED
RESIDENTIAL UNITS FROM FOUR(4)TO SIX(6),LOCATED
SOUTHEAST OF 2950 SOUTHLAND DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the request by L and BB, LLC, for a Site Plan Amendment to the"R-3,R-
P"Planned Multiple Residence District to allow for the development of six(6)residential lots for
single family homes, on a site previously approved for two (2) duplexes, an increase in the
number of approved residential units from four (4) to six (6), located southeast of 2950
Southland Drive, and legally described as follows:
LOT C-5 AND LOT C-6, SOUTHLAND PARK THIRD ADDITION,
WATERLOO BLACK HAWK COUNTY,IOWA
shall be and is hereby approved.
