RESOLUTION NO. 2021-129
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH LG COMPANIES, LLC, FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF TWO NEW TWIN HOMES, WITH
$25,000 IN INFILL INCENTIVES, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated March 1, 2021, between LG Companies, LLC and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with the construction of two new twin homes, with
$25,000 in infill incentives, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1"day of March 2021.
