RESOLUTION NO. 2021-253 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST OF STEVE TROSKEY, ON BEHALF OF CGA CONSULTANTS, FOR APPOVAL OF THE FINAL PLAT OF GARDNER ADDITION, A 2-LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION LOCATED NORTH AND EAST OF 603 S. HACKETT ROAD, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT. WHEREAS, on this 19th day of April 2021, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the Final Plat of the Gardner Addition, a 2-lot residential subdivision located north and east of 603 S. Hackett Road, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, was presented for approval by Steve Troskey on behalf of CGA Consultants, and WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on December 1, 2020, and WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Steve Troskey, on behalf of CGA Consultants, for approval of the Final Plat of Gardner Addition, a 2-lot residential subdivision located north and east of 603 S.
