RESOLUTION APPROVING A PERMANENT EASEMENT
AGREEMENT AND TEMPORARY EASEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH LONNIE WOLFF, JR., IN THE AMOUNT
OF $300, TO ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND
FUTURE MAINTENANCE OF A SANITARY SEWER,
LOCATED ON A VACANT PARCEL SOUTHEASTERLY OF
2848 LAFAYETTE STREET, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE NECESSARY
DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, the Temporary and Permanent Construction Easement Agreement, dated
November 2, 2020, between Lonnie Wolff, Jr. and the City of Waterloo, and legally described as
follows:
TEMPORARY SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN PART OF PARCEL "D" THAT IS
SHOWN ON A PLAT OF SURVEY THAT IS RECORDED IN CITY OLOT
DEED BOOK 657, PAGE 992 IN THE OFFICE OF THE BLACK HAWK
COUNTY RECORDER, BEING PART OF LOTS 22 AND 23 OF AUDITOR'S
CONSOLIDATED PLAT THAT IS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
COUNTY OF BLACK HAWK, STATE OF IOWA,DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF THE

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Temporary and Permanent Construction Easement Agreement
between Lonnie Wolff, Jr. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$300, to allow for
the construction and future maintenance of a sanitary sewer located on a vacant parcel
southeasterly of 2848 Lafayette Street, is accepted and approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
