I/We guarantee all of the work performed under this contract shall be done in accordance with the drawings and specifications, in a good and workmanlike manner, and to redo or repair any work which may be rejected due to defective materials or workmanship, prior to the final acceptance of the project, by the Project Architect and the Owner.
