RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AND
MINIMUM ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT WITH CLUB CAR
WASH WATERLOO, LLC, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
5,500 SQUARE FOOT CARWASH LOCATED AT 1009 EAST
SAN MARNAN DRIVE, ONE YEAR OF PROPERTY TAX
REBATES AT 70 PERCENT AND A NEW MINIMUM
ASSESSED VALUE OF $1,100,000, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement dated May 3, 2021, between Club
Car Wash, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the construction of a 5,500 square foot
carwash located at 1009 East San Marnan Drive, one year of property tax rebates at 70 percent
and a new minimum assessed value of $1,100,000, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May 2020.
