RESOLUTION NO. 2021-297 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST BY MIDWEST DEVELOPMENT FOR THE FINAL PLAT OF AUDUBON HEIGHTS 7TH ADDITION, A REPLAT OF AUDUBON HEIGHTS FOURTH ADDITION, LOCATED SOUTH OF 1747 THRUSH DRIVE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS. WHEREAS, on this 3rd day of May 2021, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the Final Plat of the Audubon Heights 7th Addition, a re -plat of Audubon Heights Fourth Addition, located south of 1747 Thrush Drive, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, was presented for approval by Midwest Development, and WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on April 13, 2021, and WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Midwest Development for approval the Audubon Heights 7th Addition, a re -plat of Audubon Heights Fourth Addition, located south of 1747 Thrush Drive, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby approved. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May 2021.
