RESOLUTION NO. 2021-298
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH I & S GROUP, INC., OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $108,200, PLUS
REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES UP TO $5,000, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS
CONVENTION CENTER PLAZA RENOVATION AND
MEMORIAL PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated May 3, 2021, between I & S Group, Inc., of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, in the amount of $108,200, plus reimbursable
expenses up to $5,000, in conjunction with the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Plaza
Renovation and Memorial Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed
to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May 2021.
