RESOLUTION NO. 2021-301
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HR GREEN, INC., OF CEDAR RAPIDS,
IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $761,963.40, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2021 SHAULIS ROAD
RECONSTRUCTION - HESS ROAD TO HWY. 218,
CONTRACT NO. 1020, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated May 3, 2021, between HR Green, Inc., of Cedar
Rapids, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, in the amount of $761,963.40, in conjunction with the
FY 2021 Shaulis Road Reconstruction - Hess Road to Hwy. 218, Contract No. 1020, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May 2021.
