RESOLUTION NO. 2021-268
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS MAY 20, 2021 AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS JUNE 7, 2021, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2021 SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM - ZONE
1, CONTRACT NO. 1044, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction
with the FY 2021 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 1, Contract No. 1044, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the FY 2021 Sidewalk Repair
Program - Zone 1, Contract No. 1044, be scheduled for May 20, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 7th day of June 2021, to hold
a public hearing, in conjunction with the FY 2021 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 1, Contract
No. 1044.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
