RESOLUTION NO. 2021-274
RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
MAY 17 , 2021 TO APPROVE THE SALE AND
CONVEYANCE OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT
THE SOUTHERN END OF FAIRFIELD STREET, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $1.00, TO TODD J. BORWIG, INCLUDING A
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR INFRASTRUCTURE
EXTENSION AND NEW INFILL HOUSING, AND INSTRUCT
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 171h day of May 2021,
to approve the sale and conveyance of city owned property, located at at the southern end of
Fairfield Street, in the amount of $1.00, to Todd J. Borwig, including a Development Agreement
for infrastructure extension and new infill housing.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May 2021.
