RESOLUTION NO. 2021-279
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE TRAFFIC CONTROL CENTER
ROOM REMODEL IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION GRANT PROJECT NUMBER STP-U-
8155(755)--70-07.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Traffic Engineer of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the Traffic Control Center Room Remodel Iowa Department of Transportation
Grant Project Number STP-U-8155(755)--70-07, and
WHEREAS, said City Traffic Engineer did file said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the Traffic Control Center Room Remodel Iowa Department of
Transportation Grant Project Number STP-U-8155(755)--70-07, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 3, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
Traffic Control Center Room Remodel Iowa Department of Transportation Grant Project
Number STP-U-8155(755)--70-07, are hereby approved and said program proceed in accordance
with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May 2021.
