RESOLUTION NO. 2021-288
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH IOWA HEARTLAND HABITAT FOR
HUMANITY, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION A SINGLE FAMILY
HOME, WITH $5,000 IN 1NFILL INCENTIVES, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated May 3, 2021, between with Iowa Heartland Habitat for
Humanity, for the construction a single family home, with $5,000 in infill incentives, for property
generally located Northeast of 712 W. Park Avenue, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May 2021.
