RESOLUTION NO. 2021-340
RESOLUTION RENAMING THE FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS
CONVENTION CENTER TO THE WATERLOO CONVENTION
CENTER, AND NAMING THE OUTSIDE PLAZA AREA THE
SULLIVAN BROTHERS PLAZA, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR
SUCH CHANGE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the renaming of the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center to the Waterloo
Convention Center, and naming the outside plaza area the Sullivan Brothers Plaza, is hereby
approved, and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute necessary documents on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May 2021.
