RESOLUTION NO. 2021-303
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO CERTIFY
AGAINST CERTAIN PARCELS FOR UNPAID LAWN/WEED
MOWING, SNOW REMOVAL, PROPERTY CLEAN-UPS.
WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 364.12(3)(h) allows municipalities to certify for unpaid
lawn/weed mowing and property clean-up, to the benefited property as a lien.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to certify to the Black Hawk County
Treasurer all lawn/weed mowing and property clean-up fees, as contained in the schedule now on
file in the City Clerk's Office.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May 2021.
