RESOLUTION NO. 2021-304
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., SETTING DATE
OF BID OPENING AS JUNE 10, 2021, AND DATE OF PUBLIC
HEARING AS JUNE 21, 2021, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
RIDGEWAY TOWERS BOILER REPLACEMENT PROJECT,
AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction
with the Ridgeway Towers Boiler Replacement Project, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the Ridgeway Towers Boiler
Replacement Project, be scheduled for June 10, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 21st day of June 2021, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the Ridgeway Towers Boiler Replacement Project.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
