RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPORT FOR SUBMISSION OF
STATE REVOLVING FUND INTENDED USE PLAN FOR THE
US HIGHWAY 63 SOUTH INTERCEPTOR SEWER UPGRADE
PROJECT TO THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the support for submission of the State Revolving Fund Intended Use Plan for the US
Highway 63 South Interceptor Sewer Upgrade Project, to the Iowa Department of Natural
Resources, is hereby accepted and approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May 2021.
