RESOLUTION NO. 2021-319
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS
CONVENTION CENTER 2ND FLOOR RENOVATION, AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Community Planning and Development Director of said city to prepare and file plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention
Center 2nd Floor Renovation, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention
Center 2nd Floor Renovation, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 17, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Five
Sullivan Brothers Convention Center 2nd Floor Renovation, are hereby approved and said
program proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May 2021.
