RESOLUTION NO. 2021-326
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH GARY D. STEPHENS AND AARON G.
STEPHENS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 30' X 40' (1,200
SQUARE FOOT) DETACHED GARAGE, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement dated May 17, 2021, between Gary
D. Stephens and Aaron G. Stephens and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the construction of 30' x
40' (1,200 square foot) detached garage, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May 2021.
