Objective: Update from Grow Cedar Valley.
Grow Cedar Valley team members provided an update of various projects over the past year.
Objective: Discussion of ordinance amendments to allow e-scooters to operate in downtown
Waterloo.
Sandie Greco, Traffic Operations Superintendent, provided an overview of the ordinance
amendments to include e-scooters.
Kelley Felchle, City Clerk,provided an overview of the license portion of the ordinance.
