RESOLUTION NO. 2021-405
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH BOB C. MOORE,
ORIGINALLY EXECUTED AUGUST 19, 2019, AMENDING
COMPLETION DATE TO JULY 30, 2021, FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW SINGLE-FAMILY HOME,
LOCATED AT 401 DEVONSHIRE DRIVE, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amended Development Agreement dated June 7, 2021, between Bob C. Moore, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, to an agreement originally executed on August 19, 2019, amending
completion date to July 30, 2021, for the construction of a new single-family home, located at
401 Devonshire Drive, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June 2021.
