RESOLUTION NO. 2021-412
RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT-OF-WAY LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH BLUEBIRD NETWORK, LLC, OF
COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, TO ALLOW USE OF CITY RIGHT-
OF-WAY FOR A COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Right -of -Way License Agreement dated June 7, 2021, between Bluebird Network, LLC, of
Columbia Missouri and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to allow use of city right-of-way for a
communication system, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June 2021.
