RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 2 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH STANLEY CONSULTANTS, INC., OF DES MOINES,
IOWA, ORIGINALLY APPROVED ON APRIL 16, 2019, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $25,239, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2021 UPTON AVENUE AND CARRIAGE HILL
DRIVE STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT,
CONTRACT NO. 1010, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with Stanley
Consultants, Inc., of Des Moines, Iowa, originally executed April 16, 2019, in an amount not to
exceed $25,239, in conjunction with the FY 2021 Upton Avenue and Carriage Hill Drive
Stormwater Improvements Project, Contract No. 1010, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June 2021.
