RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPORT FOR SUBMISSION OF
STATE REVOLVING FUND INTENDED USE PLAN FOR THE
FY 2021 CIP PIPELINING PHASE IVA2 PLAN, CONTRACT
NO. 1043, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the support for submission of the State Revolving Fund Intended Use Plan for the FY 2021
CIP Pipelining Phase IVA2 Plan, Contract No. 1043, to the Iowa Department of Natural
Resources, is hereby accepted and approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June 2021.
