RESOLUTION NO. 2021-365
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS ETC., SETTING DATE
OF BID OPENING AS JULY 1, 2021, AND DATE OF PUBLIC
HEARING AS JULY 19, 2021, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
WFR SCBA PLATFORM REPLACEMENT PROJECT, AND
INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction
with the WFR SCBA Platform Replacement Project, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the WFR SCBA Platform
Replacement Project, be scheduled for July 1, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 19th day of July 2021, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the WFR SCBA Platform Replacement Project.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
