RESOLUTION NO. 2021-385
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND ACCEPTANCE OF WORK FOR WORK PERFORMED
BY PRO TRACK AND TENNIS INC. OF BENNINGTON,
NEBRASKA IN THE AMOUNT OF $77,250.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH FY2021 BYRNES TENNIS CENTER
RESURFACING PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 1038.
WHEREAS, Pro Track and Tennis Inc., of Bennington, Nebraska, performed work in
conjunction with the FY2021 Byrnes Tennis Center Resurfacing Project, Contract No. 1038, and
WHEREAS, Pro Track and Tennis Inc., has completed the aforementioned project, in
accordance with the bid documents, specifications, form of contract, etc., as approved by Council
October 12, 2020, Resolution No. 2020-771, at a total cost of $77,250.00.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work, for work performed by Pro Track and Tennis Inc., at a total cost of $77,250.00, in
conjunction with the FY2021 Byrnes Tennis Center Resurfacing Project, Contract No. 1038, are
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June 2021.
