RESOLUTION NO. 2021-387
RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, BID
DOCUMENTS, ETC., SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS
JUNE 17, 2021 AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS JUNE
21, 2021, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE AND
INSTALLATION OF FY 2022 POLICE VEHICLE EQUIPMENT,
AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction with the purchase
and installation of FY 2022 Police Vehicle Equipment, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the purchase and installation of FY
2022 Police Vehicle Equipment, be scheduled for June 17, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 21st day of June 2021, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the purchase and installation of FY 2022 Police
Vehicle Equipment.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June 2021.
