RESOLUTION NO. 2021-389
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., SETTING DATE
OF BID OPENING AS JULY 1, 2021 AND DATE OF PUBLIC
HEARING AS JULY 6, 2021, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
ASPHALT EMULSIONS FOR THE CITY'S RECYCLED
ASPHALT PAVING PROGRAM, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction
with the Asphalt Emulsions for the City's Recycled Asphalt Paving Program, are hereby
approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the Asphalt Emulsions for the
City's Recycled Asphalt Paving Program, be scheduled for July 1, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 6th day of July 2021, to hold
a public hearing, in conjunction with the Asphalt Emulsions for the City's Recycled Asphalt
Paving Program.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
