RESOLUTION NO. 2021-396
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2021 WESTDALE BIOSWALE
PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 997, AND AUTHORIZING TO
PROCEED.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Engineer of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the FY 2021 Westdale Bioswale Project, Contract No. 997, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the FY 2021 Westdale Bioswale Project, Contract No. 997, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 7, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY
2021 Westdale Bioswale Project, Contract No. 997, are hereby approved and said program
proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June 2021.
