RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TERMINATION OF A
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND MINIMUM
ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT WITH VILLAGE CREEK
RENTALS, LLC, APPROVED BY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 20,
2017 AND FILED MARCH 13, 2018 AS DOC. NO. 208-
14847 AND LATER AMENDED AGREEMENTS DATED
APRIL 13, 2020, AND FILED MAY 12, 2020 AS DOC. NO.
2020-19656, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Termination of a Development Agreement and Minimum Assessment Agreement with
Village Creek Rentals, LLC, approved by Council November 20, 2017 and filed March 13, 2018
as Doc. No. 208-14847 and later amended agreements dated April 13, 2020, and filed May 12,
2020 as Doc. No. 2020-19656, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June 2021.
