RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF GRACE REFORMED
ni n CHURCH FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE,
ORDINANCE NO. 3094 .

t4, WHEREAS, Grace Reformed Church is having outdoor worship
n ,services at Byrnes Park, including a P.A. system and live band,

WHEREAS, said outdoor worship service activity exceeds the
s limits of the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and

WHEREAS, said Grace Reformed Church has made formal
application for a variance to the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No.
N d 3094, effective June 12, 2005 and August 14, 2005, from 8 : 30 a.m.
n to 12 : 00 noon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
n WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Grace Reformed Church for a
variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, in conjunction
0 with outdoor worship services at Byrnes Park, on June 12, 2005 and
tz August 14, 2005, from 8 : 30 a.m. to 12 : 00 noon, be and the same
hereby granted.
