s RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
j s COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE MEN' S
LOCKER ROOM REMODEL/LOCKERS.
H C s WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
theretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
s cv :Administrator of said City to prepare proposed specifications,
s form of contract, etc. , for the Men' s Locker Room
n Remodel/Lockers, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
N ' id file said preliminary specifications, form of contract, etc. ,
- for the Men' s Locker Room Remodel, which were preliminarily
.approved on February 7, 2005, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
!?ATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the Men' s Locker Room Remodel, in the City of
waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
HPASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February, 2005 .
