t WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2005-140, specifications, form of
Oontract, etc. , for the Men' s Locker Room Remodel/Lockers, in the
H City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this
;Council after the hearing prescribed by statute.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it

is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project be
_approved.
