RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO MID-
o s IOWA SOLID WASTE EQUIPMENT CO. OF JOHNSTON,
IOWA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF 2004 REAR LOADING
GARBAGE TRUCK, IN THE AMOUNT OF $109, 870. 00 .

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
s K That the bid of Mid-Iowa Solid Waste Equipment Co. of
J6hrston, Iowa, in the amount of $109, 870 . 00, for the purchase of
20-04 Rear Loading Garbage Truck, for said project, after public
shearing on published notice required by law, be and is hereby
ccepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said work.

`U a The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
4 :-i�ract with the said contractor for the construction of said
vA improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
1ppoved by the Council .
