-that the Development Agreement dated February 21, 2005, for sale
c7. and conveyance for $1 . 00 approximately 2 . 0 acres of property

0 K ,complex, to construct a new 13, 200 square foot professional
office building, with a minimum taxable value of $2, 100, 000 . 00
0 H `and five year tax rebatements, by and between Cedar Valley HQ,
